Okay, yet another of these "i've seen something useful but can't find it again" requests from me.

Somewhere recently there was a thread discussing how to fill in usernames from firstname/surname within active directory automatically (or vice-versa), recommended solutions were an update script or a piece of software that forces it when new users are created (through schema change maybe).

Wonding if anyone remembers and can point me in the right direction.
