MoviePlus x3 issue when importing videos

Hello,

 

having a strange issue with Movieplus X3 but only on random machines.

 

when you click to import a video the CPU spikes at 99 / 100% therefore bringing the machine to a crawl untill you end the movieplus.exe

 

tried a reinstall but that did nothing

 

i have it on the same machines with the same spec working fine

 

any ideas would be great.

what video format does that app require the movies / video clips to be in ?

It can import most file formats, i know for it to import quick time quick time needes to be installed.
