Hi, I have a Citrix Access Gateway and have installed the certificates on the gateway and on the servers.

 

My problem is, when users come to access the gateway, the certificates do not load (or give them an option to load them). The only way round is to manually import them into the client via internet explorer.

 

Is there something I have missed?
