Been gradually moving across to Ricoh printers & MFP's and must say I'm mighty impressed with their service.

After the monsoon weather on Sunday we had the roof leak above one of our big MFP's, which got a bit of a soaking. Phoned them at 9am, technician with us by 10:30, cleaned dried and fixed by 11:15. That was great service, but then he also asked the office staff if they had any other problems and then spent nearly 2 hours with them sorting various bits such as scanning to the document server, storing forms for direct printing etc.
