SupportNet \ SOLUS

Is SOLUS down? Oh, no answer on the helpdesk, and supportnet is erroring as well... or is it just little old me?

 

Update

They are currently reboot the primary SupportNet server so I think all services are currently affected. Should be up and running again with 15 minutes ( so they tell me !)

I've been using Supportnet all day and it's been fine.

 

Haven't touched SOLUS today though.

Well it went down about 2pm today for a few mins.
