external vle conection problems - just me?

Hi all

 

We have just got our schools vle up and running externally for all to use however for some reason its not very reliable sometimes being very slow or not lwetting you on at all. I've rang and moaned at bgfl who fobbed me off basically. Are we the only ones with a problem here. What experience has everyone else has with the external routing from bgfl?

We've had a few delays getting ours available outside but fingers crossed it seems ok now. Keep having to check off my iphone to ensure its available outside.

were doing exactly the same, god bless the iphone. I just think its very important for it to be reliable otherwise it just won't get used

I sometimes think a dedicated external internet connection is needed. Especially times like this!
