Is it possible to move a post made in a forum into another forum in the same course in moodle?

Yes - look top right and you should have a box saying "move this discussion to" and it will offer you the different available forums to move it to.

No I don't think so - not via that route -but you could split the bit you wanted and then import only the forum into another course using the import facility in course admin
