Edu-IT Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Good morning all! Looking to get two quotes: 15 x desktop computers 35 x desktop computers Need to have at least 2GB RAM, don't particularly require an OS as we have our own schools agreement. No monitors are needed, unless you have any special offers where it's cheaper to buy a bundle. For the 15 machines CD drives would great, but for the 35, they're not needed. I think thats all! Thanks.

I thought a school agreement meant you still had to have some type of licensed OS on the unit? Of course if you have an amount of retail licences "spare" to transfer I think that is ok, but simply having a school agreement doesn't mean you don't need a base OS (at least that is what I have always read)! AFAIK, a school agreement is an upgrade licence, not a full one..
Edu-IT Posted October 8, 2009 Author Posted October 8, 2009 Anyone else want to quote for these? Need to have the quote today however.
