anyone run successmaker 1.3?

any one run successmaker 1.3, we are having major issuse with one of the courses so i am emailing round schools to find out if they have the same problem

 

we use reading adventures and the portfolio doesnt want to upload users work files.

We have successmaker 1.3 but I dont really get that involved with it most of the time it just works.

 

Is it a permissions problem? Are other courses uploading OK?
