Willott Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Hi All, We have a Panasonic PT-LC55E with burn on one of the polarising plates (I think it's the red one). I've spoken to Panasonic spares, and got a cost of about 45 quid (from memory, left it on paper at the office), which is a tad expensive for such a small part (the green and blue are even more expensive). Just wondering if anyone knows of another source for the part, or knows of a way of creating or fixing the part. The part number is TENC0129. Any help gratefully received. Will
Marc-Engineer Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 The filter is a very precise bit of kit and prices vary from £12 to around £150 then they have to be set up , no you just cant slip it in the same place and hope it will work, the projectopr will have to be set up for black after install. This can only or should i say "should" only be done by a trained expert as high UV during setup can be very dangerouse. Marc Projector Engineer
