Just a quick question please:

Is there a way to change the Localization Region to the 'United Kingdom' in the 'Formats' tab within the 'International' window in System Preferences on all my 30 imacs managed with an Xserve?

At the moment, it's set to 'United States', I was thinking I could edit a plist and roll this out across to the imacs using Remote Desktop.

Any ideas from anyone please?

Thanks.

You could try building a package that changes this setting, using something like JAMF Composer

Here's how I'd do it with Composer: Take a 'snapshot' of a machine with the current setting, then change the setting and take another snapshot. Create the package (and test it) and deploy it with Remote Desktop.

Composer's final package contains the modified and/or added files that it detects between the two snapshots. Whichever files are modified to change your localization setting would be detected and made part of the package.
