Importing a timetable into MRBS

We have a two week timetable which I'd like to import into the MRBS system which is a block on our Moodle VLE, and I need some guidance on how to set about this please.

Have a look at my previous posts. I got a reasonable way down the line but we ended up dropping the idea - too many things to go wrong, such as what happens when you need to upload an amended timetable during the year but there are bookings that will be overwritten?
