office 2007 install

I have a problem with office install var gpo, It works on very few machines, it seems to deploy ok but then never install its self.

 

the mscoche folder is in the root of c

 

it a bit random and nothing appears in the event log but it works on some machines

 

anything i can do to force the install from the mscoche?

The only thing I can think of is permissions - do all your machines have permission to read the root folder?
