Moving Existing Servers Onto Xen Server

Hello all, we have just go two new Xen Servers and I was wondering the best way to move the existing servers onto the virtual servers. Is there a easy way to do it or is it just a case of fresh install and configure? Thanks. EDIT - Whoops I have just noticed Xen Convert is this any good? Edited by clarky2k3
