Movie Maker file imports not working

We want to run Windows Movie Maker on client PCs from Server 2008 and have used the following website as a guide: Ing. Lele's Blog - HeadQuarter: Windows Movie Maker on Windows Server 2008 x64

 

Movie Maker successfully runs, however when attempting to 'Import' files (any type) nothing happens - not even a sanity-checking crash or freeze. In-built functions like 'Titles' can be set-up fine but nothing else...

 

Any suggestions?
