Create bulk ad groups from a csv file

does any know of any software that will create ad user groups from a csv file?

VBScript? PowerShell?

 

D'you just want the groups created in one OU, and a long list of groups created, or do you want them organised into different OUs?

Long list really in a ou. It is only a one import from another domain. I just need them there and I'll add the users in later
