I guess we get a bit used to IT suppliers providing a quick turnaround. I've been trying to get some bits for speaker stands. We need them for Friday and once again I chased to see where they are. This is the reply I received.

 

We have progress this order with the Manufacturer for you.

The order was placed last Thursday and we had confirmation that stock was

good at that time.

Having spoken to the manufacture today - as we were surprised that you had

not received them by know.

To be told that they then realised that they had not been painted ! - This

has now been done - hence the short delay and the goods should be with you

by this Thursday at the latest..
