Citrix Dos client

I am looking at converting PC's for our new Xenapp servers. There seem to be different clients available for performing this job. IOs there any issues using a DOS based 32-bit Citrix cleint with Xenapp. Are there any other clients which are better (excluding thinstation) which I don't have to pay for.

Assuming these PCs came with OEM windows, couldn't you just load that and have them boot straight into the Citrix Client?
