XMLTV Proxy configuration

[Dos_Box]

I am using the excellent Media Portal open source MCE type of software at home, but I am having problems getting the .DTD files configured for going through our proxy. I have found the relevent article here:

http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=383720&group_id=39046

But I am having major problems creating a custom file. DOes anyone have one made up with a proxy config added that I can edit. I think this software would be of great benefit to schools who want to start recording programs and streaming them and making it easy for teachers to do this, but I can't get the listings downloaded!!
