Basic Exchange - Restriction

Sorry for such a newbie question...

 

I've just created a distribution list to send an email to the members of the group. This works fine. How do I only allow certain people to send an email to this list?

Sorry I found it it was the Message Restrictions, Only from, in the Exchange General Tab
