Excel 2003 print preview discrepancy

I have a simple excel spreadsheet, using some lookups, when i try and fill the cells with identifying colours they dont show up in normal or page break view, but when i view the print preview it shows up. any ideas?

Strange, I'm getting exactly the same problem here, but only on one PC so far. Anybody else bumped into this (Excel, no cell colours, but screen ok and prints ok) and have any ideas as to the cause? Not much useful found on the web so far.

 

Thought it may be the page setup print only B&W option, but that's not it.
