Printer tray settings

I have a printer with different trays on, tray 2 is used for headed paper and tray 1 is used for plain. Is there a way to make it so on all word documents the tray settings are the same? I would normally look at the settings on the printer but there isn't an option to select different trays for different pages.

Do you get something like General...Printing Preferences...Paper/Quality...Source and Type in the properties...?

 

I'm not really sure what you're trying to do - what's the problem with the current setup...?
