shane-meh Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Does anyone know of a script I can use so that the monitor does not go into standby. It needs to be specific to a user account not the computer. We have one which turns the screen saver off but now need one to stop the "turn monitor off after x mins"
ZeroHour Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Just use group policy. Deploy Group Policy Extensions addon and then you can use group policy preferences and control all of that Its free and awesome with lots of useful things.
BJG Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 (edited) Did you try the EZ GPO Tool that dtakias suggested...? Just use group policy. Deploy Group Policy Extensions addon and then you can use group policy preferences and control all of that Its free and awesome with lots of useful things. I didn't know this was possible with standard Server 2003 Group Policy settings - is this an extended set...? If so can you post a link...? Edited June 11, 2009 by BJG
