Terminal Server Remote desktop web error

We have just got our terminal service server up and running. we are using windows server 2003 with terminal services. We have also added the web administration to the the server on IIS 6.

 

Now heres the problem...

 

when i connect to the website https://terminal-server:8098 from any machine i can connect to it with no problem. But when i try to use the remote desktop from the web administration on the terminal server it works no problem, but if i try to do it from a different machine then try and use remote desktop i recieve the following error.

Error connecting to server: TERMINAL-SERVER. You must enable Remote Desktop on the server to use this feature
