Viewing a Contact Public Folder in OWA

Is there anyway you can view a contact public folder in OWA. Is it possible to see it when you go to NEW | MAIL and then have it in the drop down menu where you have the option of selecting GAL or your own personal contact list.

Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003

 

Default View = When you go to New Message you have the drop down menu and you have GLobal Address List, Contacts then you have the public folders to select an address from?

Presumably this is for Exch 2003 although it doesn't say:

That suggests it can't be done unless there's some 3rd party product for it.
