Can anybody recommend a 4-port SATA RAID (0,1,10) card. Full profile, PCI 33 or PCI x1. Been trying to find one and not having any luck.

Try on EBUYER (Cheap Laptops, Hard Drives, LCD Monitors, TVs and more at Ebuyer). We got one from them quite recently.

 

I think this is it:

It works well.

I've got one of those in my home server, decent bit of kit for what it costs, plus if you visit the Silicon Image site and download the Raid5 firmware, you can upgrade it to support Raid 0,1,5 and 10 as well

I'd buy a couple if they are cheap, so if the RAID controller fails, you don't loose the array with it. Moving RAID arrays between controllers with different chipsets can be troublesome. At least this way you can swap the controller and be back in business with a minimum of fuss!
