help language divide

Ok, this may sound kinda stupid or prob really dumbass of me to ask, but i'm gona do it anyway.

 

 

One of the students here has managed to change another students language setting on the internet without using tools - options etc(they don't have access to this).

 

I was hoping sum1 would know how to change it back WITHOUT going through tools-general tab-toptions-languages.

Do they have access to the registry? because you can change the default language through that.
