Outlook Express

Pop mail account is only showing Fridays and this mornings email any of the previous emails are missing.

 

Firstly where should I look I think it's:

 

C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\

\Microsoft\Outlook Express\

 

For the main areas if they've gone what would you recommend?
