Jamo Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 I don't know if any of you do this, but our SLT are trying to share a global calendar showing their whereabouts ie. if they are available and where they are. The problem we are having is they want everyone to be able to see this calendar but not edit it. The SLT and a few select others can edit the calendars only. This would not be a problem if everyone used the full outlook. Unfortunately most people use the web outlook and sharing mailboxes to see the shared calendar is not an option in this. Another idea is to use SIMS, has anyone tried this / know if it is possible?
