Not too sure what it is you're getting as the error or rather what you're doing in a way that makes sense.

Can you provide a stage by stage list of what you're doing in idiot-proof format so I can understand what you're doing and what response you get to your actions.

the printer was out of order 4 some times coz of run out of ink. i was tired of replacing them because of the chip, it wont allow me to refill it. i chanded the compatible cartridge to re coded chip. its all fin.

when i turn on the printer, loaded the paper in the paper tray.

its checking the self check ans its ready to print. when i am treying to print a printer test page its displaying the massage, theres no paper in the papaer tray and reload it. i dont understand why this strange error massage displaying?

The printer was out of order sometimes because it had run out of ink. I was tired of replacing the cartridges because the chip wont allow me to refill them. I changed the compatible cartridge to "re coded chip" (Auto resettable or 3rd party chip that's resettable?). Its all fine.

When I turn on the printer, loaded the paper in the paper tray.

Its running the self check and then it looks ready to print.

When I try to print a printer test page it displays the message, that there's no paper in the paper tray and to reload it. I dont understand why this strange error message is being displayed

Ok... I've edited your response to what I think you're saying so if I'm misinterpreted apologies on that score.

Right... Your problem appears to be that either:

a) the paper feed is broken

b) the sensor in the paper feed is soiled and/or broken

c) the feed pickup rollers are not working properly and are possible jammed with some foreign object which has fallen down the back and is stopping paper from feeding into the printer.

If it's a) or b) then chances are you are better getting a replacement printer... If it's c) then you'll need to check to see if there's anything that doesn't belong which is stopping the paper from being pulled through.

Hope that helps.
