Need software to allow people to change Active Directory through web

I have looked at a product recently named account ability. It worked with our student information system to automatically create student accounts, manage student drives and assist teachers in creating homework drives(Write only, no read ability). It also allows principals to disable student internet access.

 

I am wondering if there is any other software available like this? I know I can do all this if I work hard enough with the tools provided. However I would love an easier solution. I am a bit overwhelmed but need the functionality.
