Smoothwall and IPlayer Download Manager

Hi all, im trying to get Iplayer download manger to work with our Smoothwall utm-1000 firewall. I have opened outbound ports 1947, 1948, 4000, 5000, 8888, iv even put my ip address in with all outbound ports open and still nothing. I did have the block p2p option selected but even if i dis-select this, it still dose not work.

 

Any Ideas on this?

Am out of the office until monday... if it is urgent, drop our tech support a line, if not give me a ring next week and we will work it out (and post the result here).

 

Worth checking filter logs etc..
