KnowledgeBox Errors

We are having some trouble with out Knowledge box, over the past few days the Interactive activities, print activities, and animations have stopped working. I have tried adding the knowledge box's IP to the trusted sites and local intranet zones but still no joy. The animations will start to load get to 100% and stop again, the print activities don't load at all. I have tried this on IE7, IE6 and different versions of flash including different browsers (safari and firefox) but am getting the same results. Has anyone else had this problem or can you think of anything else I could try?

 

Ironically it works fine on my mac with safari.

Sounds like it could be the Java VM... that would handle some of the file operations, and might explain why the Mac is unaffected.
