Hi,

 

When my friend turns on the computer they get a BSOD which says SESSION3_INITIALAZATION_FAILED. and technical information:

***STOP 0x0000006f (0xC0000102, 0x000000000, 0x0000000, 0x00000000)

 

Can anyone decipher this and help fix it?

I recommended they ran a repair install but they have no disks so they have a guarantee on it anyway.
