Website Restrictions on Linux

Hey Edugeeker's.

 

My nephew received an Acer Linux Web Book for Christmas and find that he has been on unsuitble websites! How would I go about putting a Web filter on the laptop to stop him going on these website's? I don't know anything about linux Never used it before.
