ful56_uk Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Hello Anyone know anything about GIS software for geography and whats is out there?
MDHW-FDHS Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Just purchsed Digital Worlds GIS to run on an RM CC3 network after Geog Teachers came back from a course. Having problems with network install. Standalone install doesnt feel friendly but watch this space.
redalf Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 We have just purchased the Digital Worlds and Arc View both of them are hard to install over the network. Specially Arcview and the way they are licensing the software. Their support team is useless don't know what they are doing. Sent me 2 35 pages documents but both doesnt make sense. If anyone have installed Arcview using GPO could you please help us out.
SYNACK Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Not sure if it is what you want but there is ESRI who do a GIS platform and look to have free viewers: Esri Products | A Complete GIS and Mapping Software System I know of one company here that builds on their software to create GIS stuff for the government.
