browolf Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 these pcs have got nforce chipsets with which all our usual imaging methods fail. our ghost boot cd based on (NetBootDisk.com - The Universal TCP/IP Network Bootdisk for M$ Networks) identifies the correct driver but then reports that its already loaded and drops out. doh! (tried a couple of different ones) microsoft deployment toolkit has some mad pci error, despite trying all sorts of drivers. we're reduced to taking the hard drive out and imaging over an external sata connector. we also got some Lenovo 9484-CTO workstations, ghost boot cd works with Yukon nic driver, MDT fails with a different error.
