i had this problem it could be a few things..

Just removed SP3 from the PC's and now works!! Thanks all.

i will have to look on a 2003 Box i only have 2008 server lol.. dont want to tell you how to fix it and you end up not having the right tabs and settings..

GPO are being deployed fine.

 

Looks like you've solved it now, but GPOs are obviously not being deployed fine - your previous message says "The Group Policy client-side extension Folder Redirection failed to execute. Please look for any errors reported earlier by that extension" - ie, the GPO is being read by the machine but not being applied.

 

The other message about off-line files is probably irrelevant but you don't want offline files on a roaming profile share; it will just cause grief.

 

If it goes wrong again, the first thing I'd do is run gpresult - if you do a gpresult /v > c:\temp\gp.txt you'll get a file showing the results of group policy application. Do this on a working and a non-working machine and you will hopefully see what's gone wrong.
