mortstar Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 (edited) Hello all, Because of an event at out school today, we have just received this email "Please note that there will be no staff lounge today in the staffroom." Meaning, no staff are allowed in the Staff Room at lunch because of visiting dignatries. I'm sure I heard/read somewhere that staff have a right to an area in work in which they can take a break etc? Am I making this up? Could have done a Red Door rant on this one... Edited February 12, 2009 by mortstar
Diello Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 I believe you're right - Same reason Ofsted aren't allowed in the Staff Room. It's protected by Union agreement I believe.
