Hibernate & Standby

Is there something in a GPO that allows me to disable users from choosing standby and hibernate when they go to start --> shutdown? Also, is there any way of disabling these two options at the logon screen?

You could try using the energy star GPO or just add a few lines to your machine startup script with powercfg as below:
