Anyone had dealings with EduSen's Against Bullying Programme?

Found a link to it somewhere on our VLE (going to have to hunt it down again). Just signed up and it looks rather fit for purpose - only thing that slightly bugs me is:

 

i) the inability to delete individual pupils if they leave;

ii) inability to mass delete pupils when their leaving year 11;

iii) need to sign each student up individually within the admin panel.

 

I've sent an email off to EduSen for more feedback on those.
