BatchFile Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 Here's a good one for any sharepoint experts out there... Is it possible to copy files to a sharepoint document library:)..... from the command prompt? As I'm in the process of setting up our VLE (LP+), I'm copying large quantities of files up, a few of which are rejected by the platform due to their size, file type etc. Opening the document library in windows explorer works fine, until a file is rejected, at which point copying stops until I click "OK". If only I could use Xcopy, or better still RoboCopy, the relief would be incredible as I could leave it to gradually upload a few gigs unnattended! I can't map a drive with "net use..." or "subst" either - been down that route.... there has to be a way doesn't there?
