SYNACK Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 (edited) Just to check, it is enabled for Activesync in the AD/Exchange user properties isn't it? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997489(EXCHG.65).aspx Edited January 20, 2009 by SYNACK
AliG Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Have you installed the certificates on the mobile device- Activesync - Tools - advanced settings - install device certificates
dirtydog Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 ive had this problem and still isnt resolved as its only me that uses it. I found a setting which ended up users logging into webmail needed to type domain\username but then it worked perfectly (forgot the setting though). anyways it lead me to believe that its a problem with our self assigned certificate even though its installed on the device correctly.
wellscs Posted January 21, 2009 Author Posted January 21, 2009 The problem were having is that it works fine on 7 of our mobile phones, its just one that does not work if I try another account it works fine
