Below is the error mesaage that we get when trying to synchronise one of our HTC TYNii mobile phone phones to Exchange Server 2003. We are currently using 8 of the phones on our system and the other 7 work perfectly fine. The users credentials work fine on OWA. The heading Microsoft Exchange is the error reported on Active Synch on the phone. Please help!

Have you installed the certificates on the mobile device- Activesync - Tools - advanced settings - install device certificates

ive had this problem and still isnt resolved as its only me that uses it. I found a setting which ended up users logging into webmail needed to type domain\username but then it worked perfectly (forgot the setting though). anyways it lead me to believe that its a problem with our self assigned certificate even though its installed on the device correctly.
