Disable pen in new browser window

Hi Everyone

 

Could someone help me. When the staff and students using windows xp and explorer files in windows explorer every time they click on a folder it opens a new window, but they can open loads in a few seconds.

 

Does anyone have a adm or way of forcing the computers to open folder in the same window through group policy.

 

We have a windows 2003 domain and xp clients.
