Desktop authorty printer adding error rpc server unavailable

I am getting a "1722 RPC server unavailable" and some time a "syntax is not correct" errors after the holidays cant seem to tie it down to user or computer. Local spooler services is stopping. I restart but it stops again. 1722 seems to relate to insufficient resources according to script logic site but that's not the case, locally or on the print server. Is there a windows update recently that may have caused this?
