i am setting up my pc with apple tv at momment. Can I do this setup?

 

I would like 2 libraries on one pc but there are differnet storage devices. I know you can select the library by holding shift when lauching itunes.

 

Can I get the apple tv to work with either library depending on what library i select when lauching itunes., I am going to put the apple tv on streaming mode.

you can sync your apple tv with 1 library and access up to 5 via streaming content.
