Examples of good Moodle course?

I dont suppose anyone is willing to share examples of really good courses they have running on their sites so that we can show teachers what to aim for when designing their own courses?

 

(i know i am being a little lazy but with xmas and a baby due any time + lots of other stuff i dont have time to design them myself!!!)
