Undeliverable emails

Hi,

 

We have deleted some students from our system. After this some of users have started receiving "undeliverable email" messages from our Exchange. The point these emails were already sent longtime ago! And now some how exchange is trying to send same emails again to deleted users. Do you know why this is happening?

On Exchange System Manager go to the mailbox store then mail boxes of all your users. Right Click > Run Cleanup Agent.

 

That might fix it.
