Moodle - My Courses Block

Hi

 

I have attached some screenshots of the my courses block on my site.

 

Using the same block one shot shows the teacher logged in showing all course categories. Another shows the block logged in as a student, that only shows enrolled courses.

 

What permission would i set so another group can see all the course categries like teachers can?

is the teacher a course creator? i am pretty sure the default behaviour is to only show courses you are enrolled on to unless you have some admin functionality.

 

dont forget students can view all course from the link.

Yes.

 

I know you can use the link but for this third group i would like it to look the same as the course creators. I have written a few guides with screen shots and want them to look the same

you can force course creators to have the same look as students but not the other way round i think

They wont be students they will be the admin team, there must be a way to make it look the same.

in the middle of syncing my moodle site, will have a look.

 

any changes you make will have to be in the block code it self, so make sure you document any changes so you can reapply them after any updates.
