Has anyone started to use Windows Powershell in anger yet?

I've been having a brief look at it and it doesn't seem overly complicated... except I cannot see a reason to use it at the moment.

The graphical version of Powershell 2.0 is very shiny too ;)

I haven't seen a good reason to use it yet. It looks like I will be skipping Exchange 2007 which is the only thing I seem to see it mentioned with. I am currently concentrating on some other languages which I think will be better to be proficient in.

It's brilliant for doing bulk stuff in Exchange 2007. I've used it to extract lists based on particular criteria and also to make bulk changes. It takes me a while to get the syntax just right, but I guess that's always the case when getting used to a new language.
